Delivery Information

Our cakes are delivered fresh every day to local restaurants, hotels, cafes and foods stores as well as local businesses for corporate functions and private individuals safely and on time. Our selected courier has been in business since 1985 delivering in excess of 2000 deliveries per day. Your orders are tracked using 2 way data dispatch and GPS tracking. We are notified immediately when the order is delivered.

A delivery fee is added upon checkout based on your delivery area.

Please ensure before placing your order and selecting a delivery time slot that the recipient will be there to accept it as we cannot be responsible for orders left unattended.

Delivery is available seven days a week from 9:00 am - 9:00 pm. We require a minimum of 3 hours leeway for each delivery; due to unpredictable weather and traffic situations. During inclement weather and traffic conditions beyond our control, times of delivery may be affected and you will be notified ahead of time.

We will, however, at all times do our best to ensure that our cakes are delivered within the time slot indicated on your order forms (am) 9:00 am - 11:59 am (pm) 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm. (pm) 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm.

Orders have to be placed by Wednesday for deliveries on Saturday and Sunday. When there is a statutory holiday, there will be no delivery on and preceding the holiday. Delivery will be made the following regular business day.
